Following the Government’s announcements on 22 March 2020 restricting all non-essential travel, and closing all pubs, clubs, casinos, cafes and restaurants (excluding take-away), we are now seeing closures and changes to our town’s services.

With the recent developments in the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to reach out to you with regards to what we are doing here at Sunshine Towers and Sunshine Coast Rentals to support you and your travel plans.
We have always taken great pride in maintaining an extremely high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

We wanted to reassure you that in addition to this already high standard, we have also implemented a number of additional cleaning measures in our public areas and guest apartments. These measures include, but are not limited to, increased frequency to the cleaning of our public areas such as our reception, swimming pool and poolside BBQ/bathroom facilities. Additional apartment cleaning measures have been implemented including additional disinfecting of high-touch areas.

In addition, we would like to take the opportunity to update you on the current situation around Cotton Tree/Maroochydore. We are extremely lucky to currently have no confirmed cases of the coronavirus within our community.

We have Foodtown Cotton Tree which is well stocked. To date the only supply issues within the supermarkets relate to toilet paper which thankfully is not a concern for our guests as this is provided in your stay!
