“Andrea and Brett Radford commenced managing the Sunshine Towers complex 12 months ago. Our apartment had been in the letting pool for about four years prior to their appointment.

Upon taking up their role, communications increased and a regular newsletter was forwarded to owners.

The building surrounds were enhanced and there was an even greater emphasis on external appearance. The gardens were watered and the paving cleaned on a very regular basis. The barbeque area and pool were always pristine.

Our apartment has remained in immaculate condition. Over the past 12 months, maintenance costs have been minimal. A 17 year old mixer tap was replaced. Following discussions with Andrea, she organised for some fly screens to be replaced too. The standard of cleaning and presentation of the apartment has been excellent.
The apartment has just been sold. This was part of a long term plan. The decision was made more difficult because of the streamlined management of the complex.
